Business Development Manager (Law Firm)

Talent Frame are delighted to be working with an international Law Firm in London to hire 2 x Business Development Managers on 12 month fixed term contracts. Both roles are likely to have permanent opportunities in the longer term as well. Working as part of a large BD and Marketing team you will be working across a range of different practice areas including Finance, Corporate, Litigation, Real Estate etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with Partners to draft their business plans and take the lead on delivering on the BD aspects of the plans
• Developing and executing client relationship plans and acting as the account manager for key clients of the practice groups.
• Creating customised credentials documents highlighting expertise across all practice areas
• Taking responsibility for understanding the different practice group offerings within the firm, and looking at ways to cross sell the work into other areas of the firm
• Reviewing the Legal 500 and Chambers submissions
• Working with the wider BD team and Events team to produce and deliver outstanding client events
• Consistently looking for ways to improve BD practices
• Carrying out market research and identifying trends
• Managing a BD Executive

Experience Required:

• Business development experience within a Law Firm, ideally across Finance, Disputes, M&A, Real Estate or Commercial.
• Excellent at relationship building
• Strong communication skills

This role is an immediate start and working in London 3 days per week.
