MEP Manager (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

TD Recruitment are currently looking for experienced MEP Manager to work for our client in Holborn.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MEP Manager to oversee and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities on our client's construction projects in London. The ideal candidate will ensure that MEP systems are designed, installed, and functioning to meet the project's specifications, timeline, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate MEP design and installation with subcontractors, architects, and project managers.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all MEP installations meet quality standards, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site MEP activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to the project's timeline.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any MEP-related issues that arise during the construction process.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control MEP-related costs, ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on MEP progress and any issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP management within the construction industry.
• Education: Degree or relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Certifications: Relevant health and safety certifications are preferred.
