Senior Marketing Manager

Formroom is an independent design agency, specialising in highly creative and original interiors and brand identity. We are based in East London but have clients all over the world in fashion, beauty, hospitality and tech.

We are seeking a highly charismatic and dynamic marketing manager, to own our marketing function on a global scale. The right candidate will balance creative excellence and confident communication with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset.

Formroom has a focus on digital marketing campaigns as an effective way to raise the agency’s brand profile, enhance our client roster and support the sales pipeline. You should thrive on a varied and flexible workload, including handling inbound enquiries, contributing to new client pitches, attending industry events and crucially; executing gold-standard digital marketing strategies across web, social and HTML.

In collaboration with the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction and hands-on execution of highly targeted and creative sales and marketing campaigns for Formroom. You’ll have the freedom to ideate and activate your own growth and brand enhancement strategies, whilst ensuring accurate reporting to continually improve and elevate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a creative/design brand or for agency.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices including social media, web, SEO, thought leadership and PR.
• Able to execute campaigns and analyse results to improve performance based on data.
• Enough experience within relevant software to produce professional creative assets (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp, Premiere Pro)
• UK Right to Work essential.
