As a Sales Executive, your mission will be to build instant rapport with customers, actively listen and process their needs to offer tailored packages. You will need to overcome objections with in-depth product knowledge and think creatively to provide unique business solutions. Resilience is key, as you will often encounter the word 'No'. Self-motivation is crucial, as the company trusts you to manage your time effectively without micro-management. Setting personal goals will be essential for your success. This role requires at least six months of sales experience, with a preference for those familiar with the business energy market.
