The role:

Opportunity for a Contentious Probate Solicitor 2+ years PQE or CILEX, with no upper limit on PQE, to work as part of a dedicated team based in Taunton.

The team has an outstanding reputation in this area of law, representing trustees, executors and beneficiaries in complex and high-value disputes.

You will deal with claims under the Inheritance Act; Claims challenging the validity of a Will; and handle Executor and Trustees disputes.
