Are you an experienced Senior Design Manager seeking a new role as the design Lead on a major project? This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of leading Tier 1 main contractors in the UK, working on the delivery of a £200m high rise residential project in Central London.

About the role of Senior Design Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Design Lead on a major project in Central London. The role will be site based managing the delivery of the project which consists of £350 apartments over 20 storeys and comprises of high spec private homes as well as LA units.

Requirements for the Senior Design Manager role

• Experience working in a Design Management role with a main contractor or developer
• Experience working on large residential projects
• Experience with RC schemes
