Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Staines. This role commences at the start of September 2024. Initially, this is for 1 term, but there is the potential for it to become a permanent position for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be employed on a contract via Quantum Scholars to start with. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students in their educational journey within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily activities and lesson preparation.
• Support individual or small groups of students with their learning.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to the overall welfare and development of students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within an educational setting is preferred.
• Right to work in the UK is essential.
