Business Development Manager - Rescue Services
Location: Remote/National
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + car + commission
Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be recruiting for an extremely well established manufacturing company, specialising in medical equipment this role is pivotal in growing opportunities within the rescue space including land, sea and air.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within rescue solutions and have a hunter mentality alongside being determined and ambitious.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research within rescue sector to identify emerging trends, industry shifts, and new business opportunities
- Analyse competitive landscape and provide strategic recommendations for positioning the company ahead of competitors.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention, optimising the potential within these crucial relationships
Skills & Requirements
- A strategic, ambitious who thrives on overseeing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing
- Experience having full autonomy of territory, preferably on a national scale alongside control over diary and optimising time
- Experience within the rescue industry whether that be land, sea or air
- UK Driving License is essential
