Support Engineer

Support Engineer (3rd Line) - Southampton/Onsite - £40-50K

Austin Fraser is currently supporting an award-winning transportation business who are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for providing Microsoft Cloud and Modern Workplace Support across the organisation. Additionally, you will be working with 3rd party providers and helping with hardware upgrades and installs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support Engineer role or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Modern Workplace including SharePoint and Teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
• Basic networking skills.

Location: Southampton/Onsite

Salary: up to £50K depending on experience
