Job Title: Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
Location: Egham, Surrey
Salary: £36,148 - £37,941 (Potential Temp-to-Perm, up to £165/day)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced safeguarding practitioner with a background in education or children s services to join our team at Strode s College. You will play a key role in safeguarding and promoting student welfare, working closely with various agencies, advising staff, and contributing to student assessments. Reporting directly to the Director of Safeguarding (DSL), you will be part of a dedicated team ensuring the highest standard of student support.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 Safeguarding training (Designated Lead level)
• Experience with safeguarding cases and student wellbeing support
• Strong administrative and organisational skills

Desirable:

• Professional qualification in Youth and Community Work, Education/Training, or equivalent experience.
