Apprentice Recruitment Consultant

Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a new Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning team based in Redditch!

Your role as an Apprentice Recruitment consultant will include, but not limited to:

- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with applicants.
- Interviewing applicants and CV writing when required.
- Advertising roles on job boards, social media and newspapers.
- Resilient and a focus on a strong team ethos.
- Increasing market share, with both new and existing clients.
- Completing an industry recognised formal qualification in Recruitment consultancy.

To be considered the following will be required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work to targets/deadlines
- A 'Can Do' attitude with a real desire to work in Sales

Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
