We are delighted to partner with this leading law firm in London on the hire of a new Head of Technology and Innovation. This key role will lead the adoption of new technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance the firm’s tech infrastructure and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee outsourced IT support and ensure the service meets the firm's needs.
• Drive key technology projects, focusing on Business-As-Usual (BAU) processes and innovation.
• Lead the exploration and implementation of new technologies, with a focus on AI, automation, and IT infrastructure improvements.
• Assess, pilot, and implement new software to improve efficiency.
• Stay current with tech trends, identifying and implementing suitable innovations.
• Lead security projects, working with third-party auditors to ensure robust protections.

Experience Required:

• Experience in the legal sector with expertise in Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, AI, and vendor management.
• Strong ability to lead tech innovation and manage an outsourced IT service.

Person Profile:

• Proactive and enthusiastic, able to engage with the business and drive change.
• Comfortable presenting to the board and senior leadership.
