The Oval Partnership has been retained as the exclusive recruitment partner for Damm Brewery overseeing the next phase of their excitement growth strategy in the UK.
As a Junior Sales Executive for Damm you will have the desire to win new business on a daily and weekly basis. The ideal candidate will have good geographical knowledge of the region, along with good knowledge of the customer base, including regional and national wholesalers/distributors.
You will be accountable for new business targets on agreed brands, against weekly KPIs that will be set for you.
To succeed in the role, it is vital that you can build long-term relationships with new business accounts and existing customers, whilst working with both internal and external stakeholders. Internally, you will consistently report back on a daily and weekly basis directly with your line manager and through our CRM system and will respond to internal and customer requests in a timely manner.
The Ideal candidate must have:
Basic sales/negotiation skills
Driving license & own car - a car allowance will be provided
Good listening skills to understand the needs of our customers.
A basic understanding of the hospitality sector
Some experience in achieving targets
Communication, negotiation, and objection-handling desirable
Relationship-building approach/personality
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong presentation and communication skills
Comfortable working both autonomously and in a team
