Service Manager

Halcyon are proud to be working exclusively with an award winning care provider based in Gloucestershire, to help with their search in finding a Service Manager to join their flourishing team and become part of their exciting movement in 2023. The organisation was established in 2021 and has been turning heads in the social care sector since then, offering bespoke domiciliary and supported living care, all across the county. Now in 2023, they're looking to expand their portfolio of services and are looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee a brand-new 2-bed secure house in Twigworth Gloucestershire.

As a Service Manager, it will be your responsibility to engage with your staff team and residents, ensuring the home is consistently run to the highest standards possible. You will be expected to have a solid foundation in working with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. As a leader, you will also be expected work closely with your staff team and senior management, ensuring best practises are delivered at all times.

As this will be a brand-new service, it will be a great project for a manager that is keen to show their skill-set and experience. You will be given the support and guidance from your senior management team, as well as the autonomy to build your service in the way you see fit, ensuring that the organisations value's and ethos are demonstrated at all times. In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered an annual salary of between 35,000 and 40,000 depending on your experience.
