Role Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and experienced individual to join the Corporate Secretariat Team at King Edward VII’s Hospital. As the Corporate Secretariat Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of governance and compliance activities across the hospital. Working closely with the Company Secretary, you will provide high-quality, professional support to the Executive Team and Board of Trustees, ensuring governance standards are upheld and all corporate duties are effectively managed.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting Board and Executive-level Committees, ensuring the accurate preparation of agendas, reports, and minutes. You will manage administrative tasks such as diary and email management for the Executive Directors. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate or healthcare governance coupled with EA experience.
About you:
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual with significant experience in corporate governance, ideally within the healthcare sector. You will have a proven track record of working closely with Executives, Board Directors, Trustees, or Non-Executive Directors, providing administrative and secretarial support to high-level committees and Directors
