Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Refurbishment

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with an experienced freelance quantity surveyor.

Our client, a well respected tier 2 contractor are split into two divisions across new build and planned maintenance for housing associations. The refurbishment / maintenance division are turning over approx £30/£40m per year and have plans to grow this to £80m within the next 2 years.

The role will be based near Watford, in Southern Hertfordshire.

They seek a freelance quantity / project surveyor for the planned maintenance and refurbishment side of the business.

They must have experience with a leading company in the social housing sector, and be committed to delivering high-quality refurbishment projects that transform communities. Our client work on housing, education and a range of local authority refurbishment projects across London and the Home Counties. They have been established for over 50 years and built themselves an excellent reputation in this space.
