Red Recruitment is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor based in Gravesend to join our client, a thriving established insurance broker.
You will be working within a small team assisting the HR Manager with all HR-related tasks and responsibilities, you will be required to have previous experience in HR.
The salary for this position is up to 35,000 per annum and is a full-time, hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities of a HR Advisor:
- Assisting the HR Manager and comms team on employee engagement initiatives
- Creating an employer brand and assisting the recruitment team to achieve key goals
- Assisting the wider business with HR issues, challenges and everyday matters
- Using HR information systems to gather people data and insights
- Working with the management team to monitor overall colleague experience, identifying areas of improvement
Key Skills and Experience of a HR Advisor:
- Previous HR experience including HR Administration and Recruitment is required
- You should have experience dealing with investigations and disciplinaries
- Being IT literate is essential for this role
- You should be an open, confident and passionate person who can work with colleagues of all levels
- HR Qualification is preferred but is not essential
