It acts as a support hub, providing tools and resources, for both companies committed to improving diversity within their tech functions and women who are either in, or considering entering in to a career in tech.



SheCanCode has built a strong brand, solid platform and extensive client list over the years, working with some of the largest, most innovative and inclusive companies in the tech space. We are now looking for motivated, mission driven people to join our close-knit team and really help accelerate the impact we can have in this sector.

The role:


We are looking for an experienced sales professional to help us grow our client partnerships through on-boarding fresh companies to the platform. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with companies who are looking for support in attracting a more diverse tech workforce. This is a B2B sales position targeting key decision makers within C-Suite, DE&I and HR. Internally you will work day to day with all members of the team to onboard new partners, promote events and initiatives and continue to develop our offering.



Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Lead sales and drive revenue growth through direct outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand (partnerships and new platform)- be comfortable developing company specific plans where needed.
  • Lead full sales process from sourcing, demo calls to negotiation and assisting with account management/renewals.
  • Attend networking events, conferences and online events in order to promote SheCanCode.
  • Research and identify new partnership opportunities throughout the UK.
  • Analyse sales and partnership data and report back to team to improve sales process and client success.
  • Understand market trends in Tech/Diversity and be well versed in news/laws and statistics.
  • Collaborate with the team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop sales forecasts and provide solutions/adjustments if necessary.
  • Manage and utilise CRM tools and analytics – Hubspot.


About you:


  • Have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience.
  • Be comfortable developing new/warm business via multiple channels – primarily phone/email/linkedin etc
  • Demonstrate a real drive to succeed, win new business and exceed targets
  • Be mission driven and ideally have a passion for diversity and inclusion strategy.
  • Possess excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Be enthusiastic, positive, proactive, resilient and solutions-orientated with a strong work ethic.
