Industrial Sewing Machinist?

We are seeking an experienced textile operative to join our client's Manufacturer company in a full-time, permanent position. A successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional ability in sewing and production with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate should also have a proven ability to maintain accurate records of the completion process.

• Make components using the appropriate fabrics from standard templates/ patterns and instructions from drawings, including making first-off pieces.
• Part marking components and labels using ink pads and rubber stamps.
• Cut patterns/templates from drawing prints and using templates to cut fabric pieces prior to sewing.
• Monitoring imperfections in material or threads or mistakes in patterns/instructions.
• Using drawings and technical / process specifications identifying and applying part numbers, drawing issues, and relevant ADR s and surface finishes.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry
• Exceptional ability in sewing and production
• Proven ability to maintain accurate records of the completion process
• Ability to follow specific instructions
• A keen eye for detail
