Your new company

I have partnered up with a London based Facilities/Cleaning business to recruit for an Account Manager. They have long-standing relationships with Building Management, Real Estate and Development companies and utilise these to win contracts for their services.

Your new role

As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for existing clients of the business and it will be your responsibility to develop and maintain relationships through face to face meetings and upselling services.

Ideally you will have experience in:

• Experience within Facilities or Cleaning service positions
• Business Development / Account Management experience within client facing positions.
• Taking ownership of sites or patches to ensure service excellence
• Managing subcontractors and service standards on client visits

What you will get in return

• £40,000 basic salary plus yearly bonus
