The Role

As a Financial Regulatory Associate, you will provide essential advice on a wide range of financial regulations, focusing on private investment funds and fund managers. You’ll be involved in the structuring, establishment, and operation of various investment vehicles, such as UK and offshore funds, segregated accounts, investment trusts, and private equity funds. Your role will include guiding clients on FCA compliance and broader regulatory issues, collaborating with a diverse set of financial institutions, and supporting new product development. Requirements

  • UK Qualified lawyer (2-4 PQE) with notable experience in financial regulation, ideally within private investment funds or related areas.
