Job Title: GP Practice Receptionist - Locum

Location: South West London

Position: Temporary (Ongoing) with an opportunity to secure a permanent role.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible)

Rate: £14.50 - £17.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: November 2023 (ASAP)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced GP Practice Receptionist for a locum position in South West London. The successful candidate will support the practice with administrative tasks and provide excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient appointments and enquiries
• Maintain patient records and documentation using Docman
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the reception area
• Handle telephone calls and direct them appropriately
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally within a GP practice
• Proficient in using Docman software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly within the provided hours
