About the Role:

The Senior Partner will be pivotal in shaping the company's strategic direction. We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader with a pioneering spirit who will drive innovation, identify new business opportunities, and challenge the status quo, inspiring and empowering team members to think creatively and seize opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Bring a pioneering spirit and entrepreneurial mindset to the role, driving innovation, identifying new business opportunities, and challenging the status quo.
• Provide strategic direction and vision for the company's growth and expansion in the sustainability and climate change management consulting space.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for critical accounts, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value and impact.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants and subject matter experts, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
• Oversee the successful execution of consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in sustainability and climate change management.
• Contribute thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, and presentations, to position the company as a trusted advisor and industry leader.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling to existing clients, as well as cultivating relationships with prospective clients.
• Leverage industry networks and partnerships to expand the company's client base and market presence.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, climate change management, or related fields, with a proven track record of success in business development, client management, and team leadership. Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, drive innovation, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving innovation and delivering measurable impact. Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving business growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
