Our client is seeking an ambitious and aspirational professional to join the Senior Leadership Team and work alongside the Principal on the strategic leadership of the college, fostering and developing community and stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will lead on curriculum development, quality assurance and innovative teaching practices. You will put learners at the heart of everything you do, ensuring they receive an outstanding educational experience. This role requires a solid background in further education, a hands-on approach, and the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students alike.
