Handyman/Caretaker - Nottingham

Experienced handyman/caretaker required to work with a leading housing association based in Nottingham.

Job role: Caretaker:

• Reacting to maintenance duties across the site, undertaking repairs and reporting issues which require specialist attention.
• Fire alarm testing and legionella flushing.
• General grounds maintenance/litter picking including grass cutting and hedge trimming.
• Undertaking routine maintenance of emergency lighting, CCTV and maintaining relevant records.
• Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and cleanliness is maintained.

Location: Nottingham NG5

Hours: 6:00am - 13:30pm Monday - Friday - 35 hours per week

Pay rate: 15 per hour
