Our client is now looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Property team in Rotherham. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to growth of the department.

You must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within Residential Property:

• Opening files
• Knowledge of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
• General administrative duties
• Drafting legal documents
• Liaising with Clients and 3rd parties
