Experienced Weekend Social Worker - Hospital

Qualified Social Worker Adults Hospital Team London Borough of Camden

• Qualified Social Worker required to join a statutory Hospital Discharge in line with Discharge to Assess Team
• Office base: University College Hospital London
• To work Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
• Friday - based in the hospital.
• Sat and Sun - mainly remote working.
• Candidate should have experience of Hospital Discharge in line with Discharge to Assess.
• Knowledge and skills in line with Care Act responsibilities.

To be considered, you must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as over 3 years post qualified experience gained in an Adults Services setting
