Family Solicitor – Northampton

Oculus Legal Group, in close partnership with a highly reputable Legal 100 practice, is excited to be assisting with the appointment of Solicitor or Associate into their Family team in Northampton.

Role Responsibilities

As a Family Solicitor, you will be part of a dynamic team handling a wide spectrum of Private Family matters, including:

• Managing a caseload, independently.
• Managing Divorce and Separation, Financial Remedy, and Private Children matters.
• You will be actively encouraged to participate in innovative marketing and business development activities.

Person Specification

I am keen to speak with qualified Family Solicitors with demonstrable experience in Private Family law. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A keen interest in Private Family matters (working on complex financial remedies is advantageous)
• Demonstrate a good understanding of business drivers and needs of clients.
• Ideally, 3+ years PQE in Family Law.
