This role is perfect for a professional with a strong background in education recruitment who has a proven track record of developing a desk and mentoring consultants. As a Non-Billing Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our branch by leading, developing, and inspiring our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve branch targets and objectives.

Mentoring and Development: Mentor and develop both aspiring and experienced consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and succeed.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of consultants, implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the branch, identifying opportunities for business development and expansion.

Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Recruitment Processes: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
