A leading UK law firm are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (0-2 PQE) to join their Reading office.

Role

You will join a highly ranked property litigation team acting for a wide range of clients including corporate occupiers, property developers and investment companies, charities and individuals. You will deal with commercial property litigation and matters in the Courts and Tribunals.

You will undertake a varied caseload of matters including lease renewal proceedings, forfeiture, dilapidations and disrepair claims, service of break notices, rent reviews, recovery of arrears and easement disputes and possession claims against trespassers and residential occupiers.

Candidate

You should have experience in property disputes with 0-2 years PQE from a well regarded regional, national or City law firm. You should have experience of handling Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease renewal notices and claims.
