We're working alongside an award winning, global law firm, looking for a Paralegal, to join our clients Employment department. Based in our clients central London office, you will be dealing with employment cases from start to finish, taking full accountability for your workload. The ideal candidate with bring extensive tribunal experience and a history of effectively managing their own case load!
Responsibilities include:
- Support with progressing cases from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with fee earners to prepare for employment tribunals, including compiling evidence, drafting witness statements, and conducting legal research.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, appeals etc.
What we need from you:
- High personal standards of work.
- Experience as an Employment Paralegal with Employment Tribunal experience from the Respondent side is a must.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a caseload.
