Social Work - Response Worker

Job Description:

It's a front line job which does not involve data transfer. Your dutiies will include:

Arrange appointments for themselves
Visit clients in their homes
Change clients alarms to a digital option
Carry out a test call whilst on site - after reprogramming or changing the equipment
Keep accurate records of the units that they switch out or re-programme.
