Registered Children's Home Manager (3-Bed EBD Home)
Salary: 55,000 pa / 37.5 hrs pw
2,500 signing bonus & 2,500 probation bonus in year one
Up to 5,000 annual bonus based on inspection outcomes

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager (or Deputy Manager) to lead a new children's home, offering the chance to make a real difference in children's lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of the home from its launch.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Ensure safeguarding protocols and Ofsted standards are met.
Develop care plans and maintain relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Lead recruitment, training, and staff development.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in children's homes.
