Job Title: Machine Learning Solutions Engineer
The Role:
As a Machine Learning Solutions Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in our success. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and drive product adoption. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Onboarding: Supporting technical onboarding, running demos, and importing/exporting data.
- Technical Support: Building scripts and tools to address customer requests and contribute to product enhancements.
- Customer Advocacy: Representing our engineering team and building strong customer relationships.
- Technical Sales Support: Collaborating with sales teams to close deals and provide technical expertise.
- Product Demos: Preparing and delivering engaging product demos.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar technical role, preferably as a Solutions Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, SQL, and cloud integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Computer science or Software Engineering background.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
