M&E Project Manager

Summary:

A great opportunity for an experienced M&E Project Manager. to oversee and manage mechanical and electrical services for a range of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a track record ensuring projects are delivered to high quality standards, on time and within budget.

Managing multiple projects, ranging from 8 million to 20 million M&E value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the M&E aspects of multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Oversee delivery of M&E installations which meet design specifications, building codes, and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance of all work with health and safety regulations, as well as company and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress, managing risk by anticipating and heading of any potential issues.
• Keep clients and stakeholders informed at all times, building trusted relationships.

Requirements:

• M&E Project Manager experienced on a range of projects.
• Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of financials, processes and procurement.
• Familiar and comfortable with technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communicator and decisive decision maker.
