• Position: Head Teacher
• Opening: September / January 2024
• Responsibilities: leadership, pupil outcomes, safety, staff engagement, and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Experience: Senior leader in a specialist school for pupils with complex communication needs.
• Qualification: Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
• Vision: Ability to provide clear leadership and management.
• Development: Willingness to extend personal and professional growth.

Desirable:

• NPQH completion
• Performance management experience
• Staff appointment and induction skills
• Curriculum planning expertise
