Minimum five years experience managing programs for a technical portfolio with cross-functional and outsourced teams.

Experience managing programs for a portfolio of buildings in multiple geographies to defined timelines, budgets and quality metrics.

Experience in procurement and negotiation with vendors including managed service delivery A background in smart buildings, control systems, IoT systems, IoT cyber security, energy management or similar.
