This project involves the development of a large 228-unit apartment scheme in Worthing, distributed across five blocks. The ideal candidate for this role should possess extensive experience in working on RC frame construction, ideally gained through experience with either a main contractor or a residential developer. Strong technical knowledge of RC frame systems, including structural design, project management, and construction processes, is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of the project. Excellent technical expertise would be an added bonus, allowing the individual to address complex challenges and provide innovative solutions throughout the construction process.
