General Manager - Restaurant - Day time hours - Central Birmingham. Location is open 7 days per week

As a General Manager, you ll take full ownership of the daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, team morale, and operational efficiency. You will provide strong leadership across all departments, guiding and motivating the team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily business operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and facilities maintenance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Be an exemplary team leader, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Take an active role in quality control to maintain high standards across all offerings and services.
Delegate responsibilities effectively while enforcing policies and best practices.
Organize and manage private dining or special events with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
