Primary Focus:
The Established Brands (EB) Associate brand manager / Early talent will be accountable for developing and delivering marketing tactics to support key brands within the EB portfolio, which is worth c.£40 million. Also, the post holder will be expected to share and discuss the material with customers, in a sales context. This will be a 2-year fixed term placement.

Reports to the Established Brands Commercial lead, whilst also accepting direction from the Head of Contracts & Pricing, and other leaders from within the team.
Profile:
A candidate who is classed as early talent, with the ability to move through the organisation at the end of the 2-year placement, and ideally already has some marketing experience.
The candidate will look to complete further professional qualifications such as Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). They will also undertake industry qualifications such the Association of British Pharmaceutical industry (APBI) Sales certification.
The candidate will be curious to learn more about the products, and commercial opportunities. They will also need drive to follow projects through from inception through to launch, in an environment where they will have a lot of autonomy. They will have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Degree level qualification in Business or Marketing based degree, or equivalent.
