Company Overview

eflow global is a leading provider of Regtech cloud solutions. Following a successful funding round and a strategic pivot to a fully SaaS model, we are expanding rapidly. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with C++ experience to join our Trade Surveillance team.

No prior experience in Fintech is required, and we offer clear progression opportunities as we grow. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in either our Reading or Bristol offices—whichever location is more convenient for you. The role involves three days in the office during training, reducing to two thereafter.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end and back-end code.
  • Work with C++ for back-end development, and other languages like JavaScript, Python, or similar for front-end development.
  • Implement performance and quality modules across the full technology stack.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues across both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-facing features and improve user experience.
  • Mentor and support junior developers in full stack and C++ development.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new features and products.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • Strong understanding of C++ standards and specifications.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Thorough knowledge of back-end development, including experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in unit testing and test-driven development.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with performance optimization techniques for both front-end and back-end development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities to work on challenging and innovative projects across the full stack.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
