Your Role as Sous Chef:

As Sous Chef, you ll be the right hand to the Head Chef, responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly during service. You ll take an active role in menu development, staff training, and driving the overall quality and consistency of the food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Contributing creative ideas to menus and driving continuous improvement
• Training, mentoring, and motivating junior chefs to excel in their roles
• Overseeing food safety, hygiene, and stock management to meet company standards
• Managing orders and minimizing food waste to maintain cost control

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior chef role within a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• Creative flair, a passion for food, and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality dishes
