A highly regarded, prestigious hedge fund consultancy, are looking to make a newly created hire into its expanding Newcastle office.

This individual should be an experienced data analyst with strong Python and SQL skills. They are open to speaking to individuals with either a background in Market data, Reference data or Research data, ideally within a financial services firm.

This is an opportunity to join a fast growing firm and be one of the first individuals to be based out of this hub, and have an impact from day one.

Ideal profile:

• 3+ years’ data experience working for a buyside firm
• Proficient in SQL and Python coding languages
• Demonstrated understanding of how organisations consume, lifecycle, and manage their data
• Shows initiative and willingness to learn
• Clear and concise communication style
