Position Details

Title: Clinical Data Associate

Reports to: Director, Global Clinical Affairs

Position Type: 12-month Full-Time Contract (5 days per week), with a 6-month probation period

Location: Hybrid, three days in office and two days remote

Travel: Occasional travel required


About the Role

The Clinical Data Associate plays a vital role in supporting clinical studies by ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include reviewing case report forms, cleaning errant data, and contributing to the design and testing of forms for new studies. The role requires aggregating data trends, creating visualizations, and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure inspection readiness. You’ll also assist with clinical coding, support the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and participate in meetings and presentations as needed.


Essential Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills (graphing, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
  • Keen interest in clinical trials and the underlying science.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Degree in biosciences, data, or computer science.
