I’m looking to speak with people with a deep knowledge of LLMs and experience using them to create commercial products.

This role is with a very exciting London based startup with a live product, already revenue generating and a fresh round of funding in the bag to help scale! ??

They already have excellent LLM knowledge within the team so they're only looking to hire people who can truly raise the ceiling and take them to the next level.

You’ll need to be someone who thrives in a startup environment, likes working at pace and has a track record of getting stuff shipped. Coming with 0-1 experience would be even better!

Oh, and remote working isn’t a thing here ?. You’ll need to be someone who enjoys human interaction and collaboration as you’ll be in the office more often than not ?

• Over 5 years of ML/AI engineering experience focused on LLMs in production.
• Strong understanding of LLM architecture, training methods and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience implementing RAG systems to enhance LLM performance.
• 0-1 experience preferable.
