Customer Success Executive
Customer Success Executive required by a leading, global technology company that provide scalable solutions for commercial real estate, designed to solve the complex operational challenges faced by landlords and flexible workspace operators.

This role starts as 1st Line Support, and once you prove yourself within the team, opportunities within Customer Success, 2nd Line Support and Network Engineering will arise giving you a clear progression path.

This role will involve 1 week shift patterns, so where you are completing the UK shifts (9am-5pm) you would need to be in the London office 3 days a week. On other weeks where you are working alternative shifts, there is no requirement to be in the office therefore this role will provide you with lots of flexibility with remote working.
In terms of package on offer, the base salary is £30,000 plus a 20% shift allowance which will take your overall salary to £36,000, plus a range of excellent benefits.
