Geography Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a Geography Teacher to work on a full-time basis on behalf of an outstanding School in Birmingham ASAP, 5 days per week on long term supply until at least Christmas!

The successful Geography Teacher will need to have had up to date experience teaching KS3 Geography and be fully competent in the full teacher role including planning and marking.

Key role and responsibilities:

• Teach Geography at KS3
• Have a detailed knowledge of the UK Geography curriculum
• Have high standards of communication and the ability to work as a team
• Assess, mark and plan lessons up to GCSE levels
• Assess achievements of pupils
• Provide progress reports and attend parent's evenings & department meetings
