We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Social Media Executive to join the team. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing our TikTok organic and paid content strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of TikTok trends including TikTok affiliate program, and the ability to create compelling video content that resonates with our target demographic.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok content strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience.
- Research and analyse TikTok trends, audience behaviours, and competitor activities to inform content creation.
- Create engaging and high-quality video content that reflects our brand voice and values.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Identify, recruit, and manage organic partnerships with TikTok influencers, affiliates and other brands aligned with our brand values.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align with their Influencer Marketing Partnerships strategy.
- Track and analyse performance, engagement, and growth metrics.
About You
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a social media focused role, preferably in the beauty, wellness or fashion industries.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, trends, and best practices with proven record of your individual impact on growing this channel in your previous role(s).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
- In tune with fashion, beauty, and pop culture trends.
- Proficiency in video editing software and content creation tools.
- Understanding and ideally real life experience working with TikTok affiliate program.
- Experience crafting detailed content creation briefs and working closely with creators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Copywriting ability focused on storytelling and brand messaging that resonates with the Feel audience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, using data insights to drive strategic decisions.
