Job Title: Electrical Improver

Contract Duration: 3 Months
Pay Rate: Up to 23 per hour
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Electrical Improver to join our team for a commercial build project in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in first fix installations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with first fix electrical installations in a commercial setting.
• Support qualified electricians in various tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the construction team to meet project timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid ECS card.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Improver or in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical work (e.g., Level 2/3 Electrical Installation).
• Basic hand tools and full PPE required.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
