Our client is a reputable global law firm highly recognised in the US, and they are now looking for a collaborative and pro-active Reward Specialist to join their wider London HR team on a permanent basis.

The Reward Specialist will be responsible for providing a high quality service to the wider firm and manage the Benefits, Wellbeing and Compensation offering alongside the Senior Reward Manager.


Key Duties Include:

  • Coordinate the monthly benefit administration including updating and sending the benefits schedule, administration of the health club membership scheme, corporate eye care vouchers, celebration vouchers, back up child and elder care flu vaccination vouchers and other benefits.
  • Work with key stakeholders, including the HRBPs and payroll, to ensure the seamless administration of benefits.
  • Assist the Senior Reward Manager with the annual benefit renewal process. This includes making recommendations for new benefits, assisting with proposals, helping with the integration of any new benefits, updating the intranet pages, and working with payroll to ensure timely and accurate renewal changes.
  • Coordinate all wellbeing initiatives. This includes coming up with ideas, content and planning for wellbeing awareness days and events.
  • Create wellbeing related content for the weekly Bulletin.
  • Administration of the associate salary review and bonus processes including calculate and assign relevant bonus award for each associate/trainee and counsel, prepare analysis of bonus awards, data checks, modelling for salary lockstep, letter production and e-distribution.
  • Lead on all salary survey requests including administering the Towers Watson benchmarking exercise for business support professionals.
  • Support with the firms DE&I initiatives and events


The Reward Specialist will ideally have at least 3-4 years experience with Total Reward, preferably within professional services or a law firm, along with a sound understanding of HRIS Systems and data analytics skills. It is essential to demonstrate the ability to work in a high-pressured environment and juggle multiple conflicting priorities. Demonstrating confidentiality, professionalism and a high level of service. The right candidate will possess excellent organisational and administration skills with strong attention to detail and be customer service oriented. The Reward Specialist will be a flexible professional with a collaborative approach and have excellent Excel experience.
